This art gallery are built base on the word "nature" on the artwork of Malangi.

The first thing I want to mention is that the nature is always changing and flexible so that the main idea of this building is: it is made mostly from some flexible curve lines.

Outside:

-Because it represents for the nature so I used some large glass walls for the front and behind sides of this building (both for the above and below sections).

Inside:

-I used wood material as a main material when wood plays an important role in the environment.

Secondly, the above section of this art gallery is represented by the word “love”. “Love” is also the thing that belongs to the nature, “love” is a basic instinct of human, between man and woman, between parents and children or just between people with people.

+ So the main material I used to cover the inside of this section is wood because wood (with insulating property and a hot color) will help people feel warm when they go to inside the building and that is also the feeling “love” brings to us, we are always feel warm when we stay beside someone we love.

+ Besides, I focuses mainly on the love of parents and children, thus the vertical section plan of the above section of the art gallery look live a smile of children when his hair is given an affectionate stroke by his daddy.

+ in the above section, the rooms are quite smaller than the rooms underground. The reason is that the rooms in the above section relate to the word “love”, so the small space make people not feel lonely, they will feel that they are a part of everything around and the link between them is strong.

+ the stair in the left part of this section is the combination of a long line and covered by some small rectangles. It represented for the protection. And the other in the right part is the meaning of linking when next step in the stair is coming from the step before. They are both related to the “love”, especially the “love” between parents and children.

Thirdly, that is the stair connecting the above section (love) and the below section (fond). This is still made by wood because it is the decisive material for the word “nature”. Some steps of this stair are not equal parts. This means the way coming from “love” to “fond” is not always easy.

Finally, when people come to the “fond” site, the thing will become easier. The first stair is a spiral stair, they are some light steps, softly and comfortable. Other stair are also similar to this stair, with some regular steps. The rooms here are also quite large to help people have more air, space and feeling relaxing.
